Easycare is now offering the community of George a convenient way to collect their government-funded chronic medication — right here from our clinic in Meade Street.

We’ve partnered with the Department of Health to take part in the official Chronic Medication Program, allowing us to manage and dispense chronic medication on behalf of your local government clinic.

✅ What’s Included in the Service

• Fast, friendly service – no waiting the entire day in long queues
• Collection of your chronic medication from our Easycare clinic in Meade Street
• Management of repeat prescriptions and follow-up appointments
• Access to professional care from our qualified clinic team

Although the medication is funded by the government, the service, medication management, and condition monitoring are not. That’s why we ask for an R50 monthly fee — for your convenience and care.

❌ What’s Not Included

• Treatment of any other illnesses or conditions not related to your chronic illness
• Your first visit to enrol in the government chronic program must still be done at your local clinic
• Easycare can only continue your treatment — we cannot initiate the chronic care plan
• If you develop complications or default on treatment, you’ll be referred back to your original clinic
• Medical aid-funded chronic medication programs or prescriptions are not part of this subscription

📝 How to Enrol

To join, simply:

1. Complete the application form, follow the link, or send a WhatsApp saying ‘Hi’ to 0797637143
2. Provide your clinic number from your government health file
3. Commit to the program for at least 12 months
4. Set up monthly (R50) or quarterly (R150) payments (Please note: medication cannot be ordered without payment confirmation)
