Services are delivered by registered Clinical Nurse Practitioners(sister) under the supervision of experienced medical doctors, ensuring professional, accessible healthcare when it is needed most.
With Easycare clinics now located in George, Heiderand (Mossel Bay), Knysna and Oudtshoorn, members can access care at any of our participating branches using the same healthcare contract. This makes the programme ideal for businesses with employees working across multiple towns or for families living in different areas.

The programme covers the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of common primary healthcare conditions, including:

- Tonsillitis
- Gastroenteritis
- Bladder infections

- Childhood immunisations
- General primary healthcare consultations
Fee Structure (2026)
- Monthly clinic membership: R115 per employee, payable monthly in advance.
- Consultation medication fee: R80 per consultation (where medication is dispensed).
- Minimum group size: Five members per contract. The programme is designed for businesses and large families and is not available to individuals.
- Annual fee adjustments will be communicated in advance.
